To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 近9點,遠遠看到大快活橙色的燈光,我和媽媽大人,姐姐大人無力推開了大門。店内只餘下稀少客人低頭享受晩餐,店内的食物也沒有多餘的選擇。我們點了 咖哩吉列魚柳意粉、 咖哩牛腩意粉丶泡菜鍋。最先的是 咖哩牛腩意粉,數片辣椒切片在咖哩上為香氣撲鼻的咖哩作點綴,誘人得很。但意粉就像煮了很長時間,己變得十分乾,伴菜也不再翠綠。牛腩沒有半點多餘的脂肪,口感實在。整體是ー個不錯的選擇接着是咖哩吉列魚柳意粉,咖哩和意粉也和 咖哩牛腩意粉沒有分別,吉列魚柳則脆得像薯片,厚肉又不腥,好味!!!最後泡菜鍋要讚的不是鍋而是人。侍應親自送過来,還遞上紙巾,態度親切,服務良好。泡菜鍋則不過不失。香港的生活節奏急速,但用餐時能夠好好享受。Enjoy It
