To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚兒子請食晚飯,媽咪建議來這裡,叫左推介的蒜茸粉蒸元貝,上枱的竟然是用急凍帶子開邊冲元貝,元貝殼就很大個,剛見到個西裝友行過來我太太同我向他投訴,而他就目無表情及啞口無言,祇說會反映便行開了,後來問其他樓面那位西裝友是姓成,專責培訓工作,那就太令人失望,埋單後我太太心心不憤,再向成先生了解,但他之吾以對,及後來了個經理,他親口說是用急凍帶子,並且立即在櫃面取回100元給我太太,並意圖推我太太離開,及後我跟他說連加一是110元,他又立即再取多10元給我。令外蒸魚豉油淡而無味,蛋白花彫蒸蟹過咗火及薄薄的蛋白在碟底,這店實在太令我們失望!
