To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每逢假日西九文化區的海濱長廊總會吸引許多人來遛狗,順便可以觀賞一望無際的維多利亞港景色,是一個遛狗聖地,同時也吸引很多人在附近餐廳帶著狗狗享受慢時光。當天造訪了Café Bohème,餐廳主打正宗意大利披薩,二話不說點了Reine Pizza (HKD148),餅底偏薄身,外圍烤得脆脆的,吃到芝士的鹹香味,味道不錯。小吃點了雞翼 (HKD88) 外層炸得十分酥脆,灑上了點七味粉,是每個人都會喜愛的口味。當天和友人都很後悔點了煙三文魚沙律 (HKD138),淡而無味之餘,煙三文魚和沙律菜的份量也實在有點太少了吧⋯⋯但畢竟還是假日,能在室外與朋友和狗狗嘻哈也是開心的事情,當然不忘點了一支Sauvignon Blanc (HKD398)來助興。
