在銅鑼灣想食串燒,第一時間就諗起朋友介紹登龍街新光中心中「牛惣居酎屋」,他們主打日本燒酎同串燒,而且環境甚有日式居酒屋的風格,環境昏暗,與朋友、同事相聚就最好不過了。山野菜沙律先來了一碟山野菜沙律,野菜、甘筍、青瓜、蘿蔔條,再輕點鹹香嘅麵豉醬,非常醒胃。岩手懸米崎生蠔 生蠔肥美飽滿,入口鮮嫩多汁,鮮甜滋味。刺身盛盒 (海膽、三文魚、帆立貝、油甘魚、赤蝦)盛盒上有多款新鮮刺身,而且款款富光澤,鮮味彈牙,啖啖滋味,其中海膽入口即溶、質感細甘甜。味醂魚干/秋葵串燒入口軟腍多汁,帶有淡淡的甜香味,非常開胃;秋葵鮮嫩焦香,嫩而不粘。雞肉大蔥串雞肉肉質鮮嫩多汁,大蔥脆口清甜,兩者搭配恰到好處,口感層次豐富。日本黑豚串燒黑豚肉質細嫩多汁,帶有煙熏香氣,頗有日式料理風味。牛骨髓串燒牛骨髓入口綿密柔滑,充滿牛肉的鮮香味,十分富有層次感。雞心串燒雞心非常鮮美多汁,略帶一絲嚼勁,別具特色。燒白鱔串燒白鱔肉質細膩柔軟,沾上餐廳特製的醬汁後更顯鮮甜可口。椰子雪糕口感細緻綿密,散發著濃郁的椰香,清涼可口。
