To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

想搵一個有房、有得打牌、食飯又好食嘅地方。一諗起就係美味廚一早搵經理book 訂間大房，一大班朋友慶祝中秋。經理 Taylor 服務態度絕對冇得頂覆 message 又快又盡責至於食物質素，黎得美國味廚，當然一定要食：乳鴿 、脆炸黑松露豆腐、士多啤梨生炒骨、百花釀脆皮燒雞 - 呢個既煎炸菜式一流，全部做到香鬆脆咁啱又到咗食大閘蟹嘅季節，蟹粉嘅菜式當然少不了。唯一美中不足係個豉椒蟶子皇煎米粉，個蟶子煮得太熟，咬唔入。個米粉都有少少硬但整體來講可以，下次再試其他嘢
