To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日嚟咗東涌呢頭，想食啲湯麵類嘅嘢。咁啱見到一風堂價錢相宜同埋我其實之前係一次都冇食過🤣 於是就揀咗呢間～平日夜晚6點幾，成個商場都未係話好多人，唔洗等位直入。我喺網上面睇餐牌嘅時候就已經諗好咗想食雞白湯，去到嘅時候發現竟然有3️⃣款雞白湯要揀，對於輕微選擇困難症嘅我表示：🤯咁我就大約講吓憑我睇餐牌望到嘅佢哋有咩分別啦：1️⃣係70幾蚊嘅濃厚雞白湯，online餐牌上面張相就好似得兩塊肉2️⃣就係$92嘅特製濃厚雞白湯，咁佢幅圖呢就有五塊肉嘅，睇落豐富好多，冇咁空寥寥3️⃣係$90嘅橫浜家系豚骨湯，印象中佢張相睇落呢都係得兩三塊肉嘅啫，佢嘅唔同就係佢嘅湯底係同前面兩個唔一樣，前面兩個係雞白湯mix素菜湯，而第三個係雞白湯mix豚骨咁記得睇scan QR code嗰個拉麵嘅樣就最圖文相符，我最後因為想食得豐富啲，所以我就揀咗2️⃣嘅特製濃厚雞白湯個拉麵嚟到之後我都有數過，佢肉嘅份量同圖片一樣都係5塊，不過就冇圖入邊嘅咁大件喇。個湯底唔算濃郁到要「嘩」嘅感覺，但都係中上（因為我本身其實係唔鍾意食拉麵，我食過一啲舖頭係個湯底一啲都唔好味，超級味精，而家食過啲好食嘅，所以就接受返😂）而個肉質係好滑嘅，我覺得個厚薄

個拉麵嚟到之後我都有數過，佢肉嘅份量同圖片一樣都係5塊，不過就冇圖入邊嘅咁大件喇。

個湯底唔算濃郁到要「嘩」嘅感覺，但都係中上（因為我本身其實係唔鍾意食拉麵，我食過一啲舖頭係個湯底一啲都唔好味，超級味精，而家食過啲好食嘅，所以就接受返😂）

而個肉質係好滑嘅，我覺得個厚薄程度都係唔錯，對於我嚟講係適中👍🏻 但係個份量真係好少，我食完之後都唔覺飽，所以真係好肚餓，又唔細食嗰啲可能要加底
