To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 踏入七月,天時暑熱之際,趁待業期間,當然約好友飯局了;這次約了兩位好友,目的是有個地方坐得舒服,能自帶佳釀前去又可免開瓶費,以及食物價錢相對便宜;符合這些條件,很快便想到了早些日子曾經與另一班好友去過的聚腳點--容記小菜王!與好友商議後決定了這家食肆,就再去訂位;這晚約了七點半的飯局,因我此段時間比較空閒,七時許已經到埗了;上次聚會人數眾多,可坐包房;而今次坐回大堂,更加開揚;樓底夠高,冷氣與抽氣俱佳,燈光光亮又適中,加上桌椅位置鋪排寬鬆,置身其中相當舒適,暑氣很快便消退了!等著好友到來的時侯可以慢慢研究餐牌,從為數不少的選擇中已基本上挑選好了;之後弄妥了自帶來的佳釀,好友也到來了,問及其同意我選的食物後就立刻落單了;落單後先上來的--消暑冬瓜盅,湯料豐富,以海鮮為主;湯底調味適中,標榜不落味精;侍應生為我們三人先分好三碗後,我急不及待便喝了起來;果然,湯底味道豐富而不過於濃郁;夜香花輕輕的香味有畫龍點晴之效,以鮮蝦肉及桂花蚌為主的海鮮與冬瓜本味互融後更見細緻;湯雖是熱的,但入喉後頓覺有種清涼感!作為招牌菜的小炒王,火候與炒功是俱足的,調味也適中,蝦乾與韭黃吃來有質感及夠爽脆,配上一口

洗衣機蒜香骨炸得外皮酥脆,內裡肉質腍滑,並將肉汁鎖在裡面,吃起來外脆內嫩,口感相當好!兼且炸蒜粒的香味滲在表面上,調味有點偏鹹,但整體上又是一道十分配合葡萄酒的好菜式!

至於另一道酒樓的招牌菜--燒腩肉,肥瘦肉質均等,外皮燒得更香脆,蘸上燒汁或是綠芥茉醬來吃都帶來味蕾上的滿足感!

最後上的壓軸--黑松露野菌牛柳粒窩蛋飯,一上來時黑松露醬的香味已蔓延在空氣中;飯粒顆顆分明,卻有互相粘貼;醬油輕淡的調味,混合著黑松露醬帶來更豐富的香氣與味道;隨著攪拌過後,窩蛋慢慢滲入飯,由半透明狀變成黃色實質狀,加上有蔥花的香氣提味,牛柳粒很腍滑,其本味與黑松露香氣更是互相提升;這樣香濃豐富的食物,令各人吃得甚是滿意!

總結此餐,在炎炎夏日的天氣中,在一個環境舒適交通位置方便的中式食肆中,以一個相對合理的價錢與好友渡過了醇酒美食的夜晚,感覺相當滿意!

飯後水杯指數(食店食物調味濃淡度,5杯為最濃),本人給予3杯,以在此類酒樓的食物來說值得頗高程度的推薦!
