To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Lab Eat算係我係旺角最鍾意嘅一間西餐，唔算多人，環境舒適，仲有得坐戶外，無論一班朋友定係情侶都好適合😚頭盤：法國生蠔🦪生蠔新鮮，size中等，肉質偏爽脆，海水味散發號有淡淡的甜味😍頭盤：海膽多士🧡絕對係大滿足！多士上面有3層海膽，鮮甜濃郁，加上多士非常酥脆，口感一流，推介！美國Prime肉眼扒🥩煎得剛好3成熟，有微微焦香味同濃香牛肉味，油脂味亦非常充足，蔬菜比多少少就好喇🤭卡邦尼意粉🍝一般我唔鍾意香港餐廳做嘅卡邦尼意粉，比較重忌廉同芝士，口感油膩😭但尼度做法偏向經典義大利方式，有濃郁蛋黃+咸香芝士味，比較黏稠但唔算膩，意粉Al dente，滿意😀Cocktails : Heartbeat🍹好靚，而且偏向水果味濃，好易入口，作為after dinner drink唔錯

一般我唔鍾意香港餐廳做嘅卡邦尼意粉，比較重忌廉同芝士，口感油膩😭但尼度做法偏向經典義大利方式，有濃郁蛋黃+咸香芝士味，比較黏稠但唔算膩，意粉Al dente，滿意😀
