To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

多次經過銅鑼灣耀華街，每次都見不少食客等位，建議訂座。青瓜豆漿($26): 青瓜味清新，嗜甜的我認為味道偏淡，不甜。口水雞例牌($64): 雞肉份量算少，很嫩滑。雞肉上面有少少花生碎，充滿油的麻香味，只惜不夠辣。四川牛肉麵($50): 辣度比較低，牛肉味湯底濃郁但不膩，好香。牛肉鮮味濃郁，入味且鬆軟。 陽春麵軟度適中，味道不錯。重慶酸辣粉($32): 一入口舌頭立即麻痺，已經叫了少辣，但認為辣已超乎中辣。食不到醋的酸味。粉上面好多辣椒油，花生粒不脆。紅薯粉味道跟平時的沒大分別。
