To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日係打8號風球嘅日子, 但係酒店嘅自助餐都有開, 所以我哋1家5口照樣原定計劃去食自助餐如果多個四個人係要比訂金$500嘅。6:30pm 開始, 一早已經有人排晒隊呢度嘅海鮮種類有好多: 生蠔, 麵包蟹, 青口, 好大隻嘅哈 etc. 全部都係有人夾俾你, 所以我覺得好衛生!服務質素好好~燒烤類有燒羊架、燒牛扒、串燒、鵝肝等魚生類：件件都好大件、肥美，有壽司有手卷燉湯好好飲，仲有西式湯嘅沙律都係服務員夾俾你最好玩嘅係甜品，你可以自己家好多唔同嘅配料佢嘅蛋糕都好有水準，而且仲有movenpick 最後佢會俾啲硬幣你, 你可以去玩扭蛋機如果夾到嘅話就會有禮物我中咗張自助餐現金卷下次可以再用整體來講, 我覺得呢個價錢係食服務質素,佢啲熟食普普通通，但係海鮮同甜品同燒烤類就好有質素
