To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 午餐約左媽媽飲茶,一直喜愛鍾廚一人餐,貪佢百鬆蚊頭盤到甜品樣樣有啲,唔洗諗。媽媽早到我叫佢叫住野食先,點知就出事啦........原來已經冇左一人餐!!!媽媽話知我唔鍾意食咁多肉,叫左啲冇咩肉嘅,睇一睇張單,全炸野咁濟......媽呀!好油膩,好,油膩,炸得唔好,表面成層油,成舊浸入喼汁到大清洗!味OK但真係太油!四喜烤夫,冇冬菇冇冬筍,烤夫入味,但太甜。珍珠雞正常,足料。蘿蔔糕,少辣微脆,OK!灌湯餃個湯好飲,好濃且甜,似煲翅啲上湯,一口氣飲左半碗,建議先飲湯先吉開個餃,餃皮一破,內餡油就滲出黎,湯變油膩。都係炸,甜版鹹水角,裡面係一堆栗子蓉,好甜。甜品熱食已經比較甜,仲係炸點,甜度真係不能咁高!食左半件放棄。一人餐可以避免唔擅長叫嘢食嘅人亂叫野食,今次食到我真係有兩聲咳,一人餐返黎啦好嗎!?
