To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 嚟到愉景灣,路過愉景廣場,見到開咗無耐嘅高級中餐廳牡丹軒👀原來主打粵菜同點心,就入嚟飲個靚茶先😚 一入餐廳見到環境相當闊落,落地玻璃更可飽覽大嶼山嘅靚景,邊飲茶邊嘆靚景係幾少有嘅❤️💡芹香百花紅米脆腸紅色嘅腸粉真係第一次見‼️原來係由紅米粉漿整成🙇🏻腸粉包住芹菜同埋蝦膠,配上甜豉油麻醬及甜醬食,口感非常豐富👏💡手袋千絲酥迷你手袋外形嘅千絲酥內餡外皮乾身酥脆,一啲都唔油膩,入面包住香濃牛肉餡,一啖一個好滋味嘅呢✨💡蒜香蝦春捲雖然係炸物但係一啲都唔油膩, 春捲炸至金黃色熱辣辣上檯,一咬入口個皮脆卜卜,淡淡哋嘅蒜味為蝦肉帶來畫龍點晴嘅效果😆💡松茸綿花雞面頭真係有松茸🙋 底層嘅魚肚蒸出棉花糖般鬆軟嘅口感真係唔簡單,魚肚吸滿吸水及食材嘅精華,加上滑溜嘅雞肉,份外滿足~💡蹄香鮮蝦餃蝦餃水晶皮晶瑩剔透,皮薄得嚟唔易爛,好有韌性🤭餡料混合咗蝦肉同爽脆馬蹄,帶來豐富味覺體驗,成粒蝦餃放入口大大大滿足🤪
