To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 逢星期六日都好鐘意出去飲下茶,係屯門咁耐都唔知原來嶺大都有間酒樓,附近啲酒樓都試勻哂,自己都想試下新野,不過質素就只係尚可。叉燒腸粉出面正常有三條,呢到得番兩條之餘,仲要set 佢做頂點 ($29),偏貴。一上碟仲要係爛既個皮,入面料唔多,雖然都叫滑但同出面質素差唔多,價錢卻貴左一大截。鹹水角夠熱,咬過去燙嘴,入面餡料都幾香口,煙韌效果做得唔錯既。沙爹魷魚唔夠入味,好淡口。呢到啲份量好似特別迷你,得個4-5 舊既魷魚,用蘿蔔塞滿隻碟,完全唔值呢個價錢。椒鹽魷魚反而有驚喜,炸得香脆又唔會好乾,炸粉唔算好厚而且似岩岩炸起,冇淋哂。真係試一次就足夠了,好多點心都mark up 左,但質素同出面差唔多,甚至更差,佢既炸物比較突出之外就冇其他了。

鹹水角夠熱,咬過去燙嘴,入面餡料都幾香口,煙韌效果做得唔錯既。

沙爹魷魚唔夠入味,好淡口。呢到啲份量好似特別迷你,得個4-5 舊既魷魚,用蘿蔔塞滿隻碟,完全唔值呢個價錢。
