To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同同事行去APM lunch，大家都唔知食咩好，有個同事話佢呢排洗大左唔食得貴野，咁於是就有人suggest 丼丼屋啦！一入去就已經有位坐，我地三個人，侍應俾左卡位我地我揀左呢個吉列大蝦洋蔥牛肉飯，加5蚊送果茶，算幾抵。一次過食兩個餸真係滿足曬兩個願望！個吉列大蝦好脆，d 汁都好夠，牛肉都唔錯。成個飯都好夠份量。杯果茶好解渴，我無特別覺得太甜或者太淡。整體黎講我覺得好唔錯，性價比幾高下次我一定會再黎食！
