To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐以前叫過外賣幾好食 今日嚟開呢頭就試下堂食因為六點左右就嚟到所以無人但食食下都坐滿咗 位就比較逼 不過九意城好多泰國嘢都係咁本身想食螄蚶 但聖誕後未入貨 所以就試下生蝦有六隻蝦 生蝦肉質彈牙 舊辣椒超級辣 食咗一隻有辣椒之後都無再食 淨係連蒜片同點個酸辣汁食 幾開胃泰式煲仔翅 因為第一次見所以叫嚟試下好大煲 夠三個人飲 入面有好多料有火腿 花菇 魚翅 蟹肉 芽菜魚翅都幾多 仲要係一梳梳嘅湯底有火腿嘅鮮味 啖啖都食到料 好滿足但我下次嗌會走芽菜 覺得芽菜同呢啲唔係好夾燒牛肉好香 唔會過熟不過如果個汁分開上就好啲 可以自己控制點唔點個魚燒得幾好 無腥味 魚肉好滑點汁同唔點汁係兩個風味椰青好大隻 夠甜夠多汁 啲肉好嫩滑
