🦀 第十件.. 香箱蟹. 第一次食, 未懂欣賞, 賣相出色.

📖 翻查資料: 香箱蟹即係松葉蟹乸, 主要食內子同埋外子, 內子即係蟹膏, 外子即係蟹籽. 傳統懷石料理中, 師傅先取下內子外子, 再連同蟹腳蟹身嘅肉一併釀回蟹殻供客人享用. 由於貌似寶石箱, 取名香箱蟹.
