LUNCH TIME同同事去咗銅鑼灣搵食, 我倆都中意食日本野, 但今次放棄咗食傳統壽司店, 去咗鄰近銅鑼灣Sogo嘅樓上日本料理餐廳"古今"。主打多款創意壽司卷物, 另供應刺身、熟食、清酒等等...卷物以反傳統式卷法, 以壽司飯卷起刺身材料, 配搭成多款卷物, 既有特色, 又有驚喜!【金龍卷】HK$103壽司飯包住吉列蝦、芝士, 面層放了三文魚刺身, 再加少許千島醬點驟調味, 整件入口, 仲食到吉列蝦嘅脆同埋奶酪味較重嘅芝士, 層次豐富, 好味推介! 【東京爆脆】HK$93卷物中卷了熟嘅吞拿魚肉、再以脆脆圍邊, 外層包了紫菜、壽司飯, 經火灸後加上微辣沙律醬, 細味食到吞拿魚肉嘅鹹香, 不過層次對比金龍卷冇咁突出。【日式叉燒炒飯】HK$128很有穫氣, 飯粒粒粒分明, 而且用料很足, 叉燒碎粒、日式魚蛋、香蔥等...非常香口, 仲很有層次。
