當初知道一幻會黎香港開分店已經非常期待，但係因為擔心初開業會有熱潮，要等太耐位，所以等到呢個時候先正式黎潮聖。打開點菜紙，佢只得招牌既特濃蝦汁叉燒拌麵和蝦湯拉麵，之後就要揀是否需要加配菜、蔥等等。今次因為我係揀拉麵，所以只需要揀湯底、口味、麵既種類等等。除左拉麵，我地仲點埋餃子。佢既湯底有齊蝦和豚骨既味道，濃淡度岩岩好，兩種味道都有味得黎，又唔會蓋過另一口味。麵身彈牙爽口，同個湯底好夾。而個餃子就正常地出色。因為岩岩好接近黃昏，天未入黑，仲可以欣賞埋維港景色。
