To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同個老友食飯就佢, 約響佢公司樓下食.由佢隨心揀咗"隨心".Lunchtime當然勁爆, 晚市仲有一家大細, OT客, 連佢D鬼佬上司都經常落嚟食.<<貴州酸湯魚>>一上枱, 酸微微嘅香氣已經令人流口水.份量十足, 除咗魚片, 仲有蕃茄, 青瓜, 菇同寬薯粉.上面仲有D蔥花.湯底鮮香濃郁.因為有蕃茄, 酸辣而帶甜, 唔係死辣. 大大片魚仍能保持嫩滑兼食到鮮味, 沒有被酸湯淹蓋.寬薯粉煙煙韌韌, 仲好掛湯.<<荔枝灣咕嚕肉>>咕嚕肉配以菠蘿, 洋蔥, 三色椒同荔枝.酸酸甜甜好開胃! 咕嚕肉炸得脆卜卜, 外酥內軟.每件梅頭肉都掛滿醬汁! <<福建炒米粉>>炒得夠乾身, 香噴噴.材料豐富, 即炒熱辣辣.食飽仲可以沿鰂魚涌公園行路返屋企, 當消化下.
