其實本身係蛋撻愛好者,但我係鍾情牛油皮蛋撻,Bakehouse主理廚師將做牛角包的技術用在做葡撻撻皮之上,就出品左呢款風摩ig嘅酸種蛋撻雖然我買嘅時候唔係剛剛出爐,不過佢絕對值得一試,蛋撻皮酥脆有層次,撻底唔會塌左一pat pat!咬落去仍然聽到酥皮嘅嗦嗦聲,蛋漿充滿蛋香,整似法式焦糖燉蛋,滑捋捋嘅蛋漿加上酥脆嘅撻皮,兩種口感喺口腔融合,食落真係有一份滿足感~Bakehouse嘅牛角包🥐都非常出名可惜我買嘅呢一次個佢塌左,咬落去靭左,咁係唔係代表佢唔好食呢?係呀,呢一刻係麻麻呀~其實咬開睇得出佢包內蜂巢十分靚,靭左 但都非常挺身!我無必要因為自己唔喺佢出佳出爐時段買而評論佢名過於實如果擺左喺袋焗一輪都同新鮮出爐一樣,咁出爐麵包就無人排啦!下次希望買嘅時間啱啱好,咁就試到佢最佳食用狀態~另外重買左個scone, 上網睇大部份人覺得買走食麻麻,我決定帶佢回家翻熱慢慢食(⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎)

雖然我買嘅時候唔係剛剛出爐,不過佢絕對值得一試,
蛋撻皮酥脆有層次,撻底唔會塌左一pat pat!
咬落去仍然聽到酥皮嘅嗦嗦聲,
