今晚黎試下呢間中菜。前菜叫左乾隆白菜,好開胃,佢係芝麻醬同醋撈左落d娃娃菜度,娃娃菜爽口。雖然見到檯檯都叫片皮鴨,不過屋企人唔係特別好鴨肉,所以無叫。叫左酸菜魚。酸菜魚好有驚喜,魚肉鮮嫩無骨,仲有酸菜嘅酸甜味道,好開胃。最重要係佢嘅湯底,好麻但係唔辣,都唔油,幾過癮。而且佢仲加咗粉條同窩旬更加豐富口感,令味道更加豐富。再嚟就係櫻花蝦籠仔蒸飯,d飯有炒過然後蒸熟嘅時候嘅香氣就已經飄散出嚟。而籠仔入面放咗櫻花蝦,味道更加濃郁。個飯夠3個人分。甜品叫左姜汁紅棗桃膠。桃膠煮得剛好,唔會太軟太硬,口感適中。薑汁夠辣。總括而言,食物質素唔錯,位都坐得幾舒服。適合一班人黎,可以share下片皮鴨,叫d小菜。

甜品叫左姜汁紅棗桃膠。桃膠煮得剛好,唔會太軟太硬,口感適中。薑汁夠辣。

總括而言,食物質素唔錯,位都坐得幾舒服。適合一班人黎,可以share下片皮鴨,叫d小菜。
