天氣變冷,假日和朋友到旺角逛街後,來到這間在內地很著名的椰子雞火鍋店。火鍋店主打四個椰子一鍋湯,不加一滴水,國內已有超過六十間分店。店員端上一鍋椰子水湯底,待數分鐘後,先喝一口香甜的椰子水。原味椰子雞(半隻)($208),店員把雞隻倒進鍋內蓋上,以沙漏計時。雞隻採用海南文昌雞,肉味馥香,份量足。雞隻配上香甜的椰子水,更突出其鮮甜,喝一口加進文昌雞烹煮的椰子雞湯,椰子和雞的味道相輔相成,温潤的味道暖入心。潮汕非遺丸類雙拼($78),兩種丸類爽口彈牙,一口一粒,配飯或麵吃都很適合。午餐肉(大份)($38),砌成心形的厚身午餐肉,微帶鹹香,是火鍋必不可少的食材。鮮活水培菜($38),極度新鮮的水培菜,清甜爽口,配肥牛吃,令香郁多汁的牛肉增添一份清新爽口的味道。火山肥牛($98),肥牛砌成火山的形狀。把肥牛放在滾熱的湯鍋中輕輕一燙,便能嚐到鮮嫩多汁的肉味。炸腐竹($38),把腐竹放進鍋內,腐竹迅即掛上椰子雞湯的鮮味。變得軟稔的腐竹,入口有濃郁的豆香,配煲仔飯吃,是一道下飯菜。金牌非遺臘味煲仔飯(中煲)($118),以店舖的秘製配方製作而成,煲仔飯的飯粒帶著微微焦香。臘味量足,飯粒充份掛上臘味和
