在啓德的SOGO樓上,我選擇了一間環境優雅的西班牙餐廳,坐在室外,享受迷人的夜景。首先品嚐的Hoji雞尾酒,搭配了gin酒、培茶、雲呢拿、芒果、檸檬汁和柚子蜂蜜,果香四溢,清新易飲。另一杯無酒精的Natsu mocktail,熱情果蜜糖烏龍茶,微甜而不膩,完美解渴。開胃菜方面,伊比利亞火腿無花果沙律,咸香的火腿與清甜的無花果搭配,滋味令人耳目一新。接著,烤牛骨髓配酸種麵包,香氣撲鼻,牛骨髓烤至滑嫩,入口即化,油香濃郁。主菜的西班牙燒乳豬外脆內嫩,搭配蘋果蓉,增添了酸甜的層次感。而軟殼蟹蟹膏西班牙飯則是令人驚喜的組合,蟹膏的鮮味與米飯融合,滿口生香。整體而言,這次用餐體驗不僅美味,還充滿了驚喜,值得再次光顧。
