坊間有不少食店巧立名目,以東風螺代替花螺,只要大家在街市走一轉已經知,花螺差不多近$100斤,一煲至少用上半斤,想便宜也難,萬豪廳用上靚貨,未食已經有期待,辣酒煮花螺入口一陣辛勁,但辣得有層次,而不是一味死辣,指頭大小的花螺,肉質是最佳狀態,太大隻反而會偏韌。

蟹粉清湯麵(Braised Noodles with Hairy Crab Meat served with Superior Soup)作為單尾可說是貨真價實,蟹粉蓋滿了麵條,拌勻後再加點陳醋來提鮮,入口蟹味濃郁,豐腴甘香,如果嫌太重口味,大可呷一口上湯,帶有幽香的蝦籽味,比起粉麵專門店的蝦殼、蝦籽及大地魚湯不遑多讓,兩者配合度高,真的很滿足。
其實今年大閘蟹已比往年稍遲推出,所以食用期會延長,蟹痴還有不多時間,還不快快去盡 ?
