To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

吃膩了譚X、川X米線，是時候試試新意思。位於禮芳街的醉鮮靚湯粉麵，看上去比較清淡，也別於一般米線鋪的餸菜配料，沒有炸醬、腩肉，反而有醉雞、鯇魚腩。點了醉雞鮮鯇魚腩米線，魚湯呈奶白色，味道鮮甜，有幾件大大塊魚腩，略嫌有點腥。醉雞味道不錯，酒味剛好不太濃，這個組合真的很新鮮呢！可惜米線煮得有點過淋。再加小食豬手，豬皮充滿膠質，口感彈牙，推介👍🏻這是媽媽的胡椒酸菜豬三寶，酸菜味不太強烈，配料也鋪滿碗呢。
