Restaurant: 醉鮮靚湯特色粉麵

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

被店名「醉」「鮮」二字吸引，今回先講講嚐「醉」的應受～醉雞相當入味，每一件雞件吸收紹興酒的精華，入口酒香滿溢，雞皮夠爽～雞肉亦相當嫩滑～好好食～醉鮮麵配魚湯 魚湯呈奶白色，沒有一點腥味，相反卻非常鮮甜～而醉鮮麵口感相當Q彈，不過掛湯能力比較一般！當日食得比較慢，開始唔夠湯，店員見狀即主動幫我加湯，相當有人情味及窩心～檸檬同薏米過然好夾，味道清新，食飽飽飲杯真係好寫意～辣度比較溫和，驚喜內有蝦米！在湯內放一些蝦皮提鮮，更好味！
