To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同老婆都放假所以我哋都去咗太古城shopping,行到咁上下大家都肚餓嘅時候就見到溫野菜呢一個招牌,記得我第一次食溫野菜火鍋係喺日本旅行嘅時候,當時覺得佢嘅湯底有好多選擇,亦都有一個非常特別嘅菜式,呢一個就係雜炊,所以今次決定入去回想返日本嘅味道。今次我哋點左一個番茄湯底同昆布湯底,番茄湯底雖然味道比日本淡,但味道都好足,另外我都大力推薦大家試一試昆布湯底,我同我老婆都好鍾意呢一個湯底,食落好有味道,甜甜地幾開胃。今次叫咗豬牛雞各兩份,另外叫咗大概8份配菜,加一杯啤酒,份量啱啱好。溫野菜有兩款醬油比客人,一款係用嚟點肉類,另一款係點配菜,但我覺得湯底夠濃唔用醬油都可以。最後我哋上埋個雜炊,食完就走人,總括來講雖然冇日本咁好食,但都已經唔錯,起碼已經感受到當時身在日本的味道。
