To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期日7月14日晚，約了朋友去重慶大厦吃印度菜，這家印度餐廳是第一次去，要步行上商場一樓，外圍環境老實說很一般，幸好餐廳入面裝修尚算企理正常。坐下就點了Tandoori Chicken, my favor, 朋友點了Lamb Vindaloo, 餐廳那位仁兄說very spicy, are you sure ? I said I know. 最後Mutton Biryani.今次吃的印度菜味道頗正宗，相信口味沒有改得太多去迎合港人口味，香料勁足夠，特別Lamb Vindaloo, 食吾到勁辣千萬不要叫，否則。但我們吃慣印度菜，覺得非常正
