To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

重慶大廈-今日一齊揭開佢神秘既面紗😹好多人話吃吃印度菜，一定要去重慶大廈，入面真係有好多地道嘅印度菜餐廳，經營者多數都係印度人😆我地簡左間裝修比較精緻嘅印度餐廳，入邊嘅環境已經好有氣氛，真係有啲去咗印度旅行嘅感覺🙈介紹吓佢啲食物先，印度菜都比較偏重口味，主食叫咗印式燴羊肉，羊肉有好多，印度嘅咖喱同泰國嘅咖喱好大分別，印度香料味非常重，吃落好特別😇另外叫咗一份燒烤拼盤，包括印度燒雞，免治羊肉卷，烤魚塊，乳酪腰果汁燒雞各兩件，一次過試晒唔同口味嘅肉類，吃肉獸go go go !咖喱雞肉炒飯，佢啲飯粒真係粒粒分明，雞肉一啲都唔吝嗇，好大嚿，非常香口，同中式炒飯真係好唔同😆總括而言，想食啲特別嘅嘢，食厭咗中、日韓美食，真係可以嚟呢間試吓，有驚喜👏🤣
