To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日黎到尖沙咀行街睇表，不過無我鐘意個款，所以無買到，之後就搵間餐廳食下野，今次就黎到重慶大廈搵食，試下啲中東野。首先叫左個小食印度脆米球。食個時倒啲醬料入去，令味道更加提升，一咬非常脆口。唔會好油膩，容易入口。之後點左個瑪莎拉咖喱羊，辣味可以自己選擇，今次我地試左小辣，岩岩好。羊肉非常香同野味，咖哩非常入味。如果點左咖哩就一定要加配咪牛油烤餅同咪烤麥餅，點啲汁黎食係非常之地道既文化，所謂入鄉隨俗丫嗎！味道都唔錯，烤餅又好香口，值得一試。再叫多個咖喱雞肉炒飯，呢個啲米粒粒金香，同我地中國米有啲唔同，但係都適合亞洲人。份量都好足料，不錯既選擇。飲品方面就選左芒果優格奶昔，芒果🥭味好出，係用新鮮芒果打汁而成，加咪yogurt，非常好飲。另一杯係香蕉優格奶昔，呢款都係用新鮮香蕉打汁，非常creamy，世界級享受。
