To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 小時候簡中有機會吃的煎蛋免治牛肉飯, 記憶很深, 可能小朋友都多是喜歡汁醬拌飯罷我都不例外 是日不知想吃什麼, 不如就來個簡單又便宜的, 重拾一下印象吧!記得兒時, 這個飯是一碟白飯, 然後一碗汁醬另上的, 而且汁醬永遠都是很多, 飯吃完還有剩, 還會再到柜面問姐姐再拿多一點兒飯把汁吃罷呢! 今時不同往日, 物價通漲, 飯已不比以前的多, 汁醬亦只是淋在飯上面, 剛剛夠吃完, 幸好煎蛋不可以怎變, 半生熟是最懷念的, 撈在一起, 味道依然不錯, 但不像回憶中的味道了, 似乎是小了些甜味, 現在鹹了, 不過肉碎都是很充足的, 整體來說, 都是不差的'醫肚'餐
