早排經過旺角廣華街見到有間越南粉舖頭開左!因為本身好鍾意食越南粉,所以就咁貢入去試下!入到去見到地方唔係好大,用左open kitchen型式!有排木檯圍住個廚房坐!另外廚房對面都有排檯!牆上寫左兩行字!不過唔明解開放坐位同食物質素有乜關系?綠色個鏡甖野係醋之類既野!落左之後個味道提升左DD芝士蝦多士!其中menu推介食物!新鮮即整!炸野再加芝士感覺”漏”左小小…所以都係喜歡傳統既蝦多士!朋友點左招牌椰汁酸湯手撕雞扎肉湯金邊粉…個湯酸酸地幾特別…我就點左最傳統既火車頭,不過有窩蛋?!加多杯凍既香茅薑!味道唔錯!其實兩碗粉既味道係唔錯!由湯底到用料都覺得幾有心機!尤其係我碗火車頭…d牛肉幾淋同幾有肉味!不過就份量細左D,冇火車頭嗰種震撼感!同埋加窩蛋就未聽過…應該見識少!如果問我會唔會特登返黎又未必…不過行過又想食越南粉既話都係一個唔錯既選擇

加多杯凍既香茅薑!味道唔錯!

其實兩碗粉既味道係唔錯!由湯底到用料都覺得幾有心機!尤其係我碗火車頭…d牛肉幾淋同幾有肉味
!不過就份量細左D,冇火車頭嗰種震撼感!同埋加窩蛋就未聽過…應該見識少!

如果問我會唔會特登返黎又未必…不過行過又想食越南粉既話都係一個唔錯既選擇
