To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

嗌左4樣野，1.黑毛豬煲仔飯2.黑松露薯條3.牛舌4.帆立貝卡邦尼1. 幾好，但美中不足係凍左個底好多油，建議可以用d放係底長期興住個煲2. 薯條未解好凍，好重雪味，基本野都未做，醬好差，係出面買樽黑松露返黎自己整分分鐘仲好味3. 牛舌好重蘇味(唔識打)，佢想用d好辣好濃既調味料去蓋住但好似唔多成功4. 粒帆立貝啲屎仲未挑出嚟，粒粒都係咁，唔係意外囉埋單嗰陣食淨咗啲嘢， 侍應呢問係咪啲嘢唔好食， 咁我哋誠實答佢啦， 是但同佢講牛舌好重蘇眉， 跟住佢話”d牛舌係咁架啦”，心諗你係咪冇係出面食過冇蘇味既牛舌? 都費事同佢講啲薯條同帆立貝仲有咩問題。結論，唔會再去，問左係咪唔好食，答完仲要串柒柒，咁你不如好問啦，又冇得講大話既我果陣，d野食剩左你唔信難食你咪自己試下囉，證據係哂你面前🤷‍♂️。

1. 幾好，但美中不足係凍左個底好多油，建議可以用d放係底長期興住個煲
2. 薯條未解好凍，好重雪味，基本野都未做，醬好差，係出面買樽黑松露返黎自己整分分鐘仲好味
