餐廳新開張不久,環境裝潢新穎,位置相當寬闊,整潔舒適,有兩個大屏幕電視,餐廳主打潮洲冷菜、各種經典小菜,價格普遍貼近平民,全日免加一。潮式半煎煮馬友馬友兩邊煎得香口,口感較香酥焦脆,而內裏魚肉有濃郁既湯汁味,肉質鮮嫩多汁,鮮味十足,底下鋪有唐生菜,充份吸收了魚香和湯汁味,滋味十足。鮮菠蘿拔絲咕嚕肉咕嚕肉外層有一層裹著甜酸醬既薄薄脆皮,肉質鮮嫩軟熟,鳳梨左右相間對稱排列,酸酸甜甜,非常開胃。潮洲煎蠔仔洛蠔仔份量算多,蠔餅煎得香脆可口,有一定飽腹感,建議要趁熱食,附有魚露沾點,減少其油膩感。尖椒大腸大腸處理得適當,完全無任何異味,肥腸口感軟糯,尖椒和京蔥既香味融入其中,醬汁特別惹味,送飯一流。鮮茄豬潤浸時菜時菜選擇左菜苗,配搭新鮮茄肉和蕃茄湯汁,食落特別開胃。
