一不留神,那邊廂驚喜又來了!醬汁往熱石傾倒,「咋」的聲響帶出一陣煙霧,幸好相機沒錯過捕捉千鈞一髮的景象!

厚切的叉燒,蘊含猶如剛出爐的深暖熱度,最讓我難忘。從小到大對叉燒也不感陌生,可是能保存由外至內均衡的熱暖,彷彿「萬豪中菜廳」做到獨一無二的優點。至於鬆軟而具備嚼感的肉質也是討人歡喜的元素,更少了外層薄而香脆的蜜芽糖漿!
