想試呢間鉄人旨花好耐,life門一打開就見到用咗好多花做佈置。呢晚我哋食omakase,於是就坐晌壽司檯度。除咗omakase,佢哋仲有鐵板燒架。先嚟嘅係前菜,賣相唔錯。刺身係原隻龍蝦,師傅即席生劏起肉。雖然已經被切成刺身,但細心一睇龍蝦對眼同啲腳係仲郁嘅,生猛之餘又有少少殘忍。鐵板單品係和牛薄燒,肉質軟嫩,配埋香草醬就仲惹味。一邊食一邊欣賞師傅用心炮製刺身同壽司,都幾賞心悅目。帆立貝壽司,頂層嘅柚子醬幾清新。深海池魚壽司,食起上嚟有魚香。金目鯛壽司,表面經輕輕火炙過,幾爽滑。拖羅壽司,入口咬幾咬就即化。海膽壽司,味濃甘甜。花穴子壽司,外層嘅燒鰻魚有焦香同鬆化。烤物係喜知次,魚肉細嫩,仲可以唧少少檸檬汁提味。龍蝦清湯係用啱啱刺身嘅龍蝦頭同龍蝦腳煮成,飲起嚟都幾清同舒服。呢晚嘅甜品係春櫻杏仁豆腐,上面嘅係櫻花蓉同櫻花漬,杏仁豆腐滑溜,味道幾得意。
