To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

小曼谷呢間泰國餐廳一直都聽朋友推介過，聽講好好食，好受歡迎，今次難得早咗放工，同屋企人未夠晚餐時間就去小曼谷搵位，趁早食先唔使等位。環境舒服，而且都幾闊落，而且睇落可能會有live Band睇，幾有情調。難得Happy Friday，我哋就過分地嗌多啲嘢食啦🤤首先上枱嘅係冰凍嘅芒果沙冰，我最愛芒果沙冰😍每次去唔同嘅泰國餐廳都一定叫！夠晒冰凍，而且佢滿是芒果濃味，而且上面都有一粒粒嘅芒果粒，非常足料🥭然後上菜嘅就係椰汁雞湯，望落好濃味好似咖喱咁稠密，好杰身，食落都真係好濃味，好濃郁，滿有雞味而且有香濃嘅椰汁。入邊嘅雞件都非常嫩滑，飲咗兩三碗啊😯然後就到左我哋嘅重點推介泰脆炸豬手😍分量真係超足呀，超大碟！我哋爭啲食唔晒，但係因為我屋企人勁鍾意食豬手，慢慢食都食得晒🤭皮好脆，肉好滑，外脆內軟，10分推介必點美食之一！！！！！咖喱又點會少得呢😋辣到剛剛好而且醬汁非常香濃，送飯或者薄餅一流！整體來講好滿意，而且食得非常滿足！我見小曼谷有好多唔同區嘅分店，今次銅鑼灣區又方便又舒適，一定會回頭再來😊
