我之前未試過食京式火鍋,今次第一次同朋友一齊,原來傳統嘅京式火鍋係用清水作湯底,再配合多款醬料,按個人口味自行製"混醬",然後作點火鍋配料之用。食🥘京式火鍋,一定要叫最出名嘅💡寧夏灘羊,每片羊肉都切得薄薄嘅,入湯即熟,再配合埋"混醬"一齊食,真係有另一番滋味!而我同朋友都叫多左好多唔同嘅火鍋料,好似有💡魚片💡雪花肥牛💡午餐肉🥗菠菜、生菜、土豆片、粉絲💡手工麵條(份)每樣配料都好新鮮👍🏻💡高湯小籠包(6個)- 小籠包一籠有6個,皮薄,每個包都有鮮肉湯係入面,食嘅時候真係要好小心👍💡高力豆沙(4個)- 高力豆沙,四個都大大個,真係滿足晒我好鐘意食甜點嘅朋友😃
