Restaurant: Minibangkok Thai Food Station
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺銅鑼灣想揾良心餐廳但食厭左西餐，就去左呢間泰國菜，以泰國餐廳黎講佢都幾有格調，唔知係咪叫美食站嘅緣故，佢嘅裝修以車站為主題，門口有個火車頭擺設同路牌，牆身有行李架同齒輪裝飾，當日仲有駐唱歌手唱泰文同英文歌添。🍽泰皇咖喱法包軟殼蟹麵包焗脆後挖空中間裝泰式咖喱，配料有紅椒、青椒、洋葱等，辣度唔高，成塊麵包浸滿汁食都無問題，軟殼蟹炸到脆卜卜又多膏，分量頗多，建議兩至三人分享。 🍽泰式馬拉盞炒通菜望落好似好多辣油咁但辣度適中，馬拉盞鹹香惹味，同爽脆嘅通菜好夾。 🍽小曼谷海南雞飯一開始見到全部都係雞胸有少少失望，但好彩食落都唔會鞋，個蒜蓉辣汁撈飯唔錯，另配芫荽湯可暖暖胃。

🍽泰皇咖喱法包軟殼蟹
麵包焗脆後挖空中間裝泰式咖喱，配料有紅椒、青椒、洋葱等，辣度唔高，成塊麵包浸滿汁食都無問題，軟殼蟹炸到脆卜卜又多膏，分量頗多，建議兩至三人分享。
