最近台灣朋友黎HK去左呢家店,仲推介返俾我,其實我之前都有黎食過,所以今次又返黎食下有咩唔同。又真係有新menu,可以試下其他韓國菜式。經典的醬油蟹連飯($380),必食,蟹好大隻。將飯加入蟹蓋同蟹膏一齊食,蟹膏鮮味,白飯吸收哂,真係完美配搭。再食蟹身,啖啖肉,食得好爽。紫菜飯麻油香,拌蟹子,單食都好正。下次人多可以叫拼盤,仲有鮑魚,蝦和扇貝食。蜂蜜黃油無骨炸雞 ($130 half)又係必食,炸得非常脆,蜂蜜香甜,雞肉嫩滑,好吃。牛小腸鍋 ($380)係新菜式,好有在地感。牛小腸好彈牙,仲有牛肚,個湯少少辣,好醒胃,配料都好豐富,有豆腐,菇菌,翠肉瓜,年糕,皇帝菜,都好健康。
