以前經常到「拾味山西刀削麵館」的灣仔分店,說起來已有一段日子沒吃了,前幾天想簡單吃個晚餐就到銅鑼灣分店。<熱拌刀削麵> $79拌麵,點了豬軟骨和手撕雞,加$6一杯凍豆漿。拌麵口感煙韌,本來已有四川擔擔醬,豬軟骨口感軟淋,手撕雞味道清爽,加上微辣的擔擔醬汁,相當開胃。<溫泉蛋木耳刀削麵> $79溫泉蛋和刀削麵的配搭比較少見,配料點了上海雲吞和雜菌,外加$6熱豆漿。湯底味道清甜,上海雲吞帶鹹香,木耳爽口,溫泉蛋流心效果算明顯,整體味道在預期之內,一碗份量頗多,性價比之選。
