呢排食左間幾特色而且非常抵食嘅私房菜 lechefeteria ,法國菜嘅同時,加入左好多東南亞嘅風味,好有新鮮感。causal dinner set 最低消費$500都唔洗,由小食嘅芋頭片同麵包籃,甚至喺個牛油都係自家製都好夠誠意。餐湯嘅南瓜薑濃湯同龍蝦濃湯強調用嘅係椰子奶而唔係用普通忌廉,滑而不漏,椰香又唔會令整體違和。南瓜薑濃湯更帶有一啲東南亞香料味,唔似一般嘅南瓜湯,都幾新穎。appetiser 係佢地招牌油封鴨腿意大利飯都好夠癲😂 36個鐘慢煮鴨腿,經過非常繁複嘅步驟先煮成(由橄欖油經過海量鴨腿嘅浸泡之後變成嘅鴨油再油封)鴨油無晒但充滿着風味,配埋risotto 一齊食都幾好食!主菜當日揀左 亞米大厨法式傳統羅西尼鵝肝:香煎鹅肝、紅酒醬、煙熏阿根廷黑安格斯牛里脊、薯蓉、時菜同韓國帝皇三文魚卷、海鮮及豬手米粒意粉,前者嘅阿根廷黑安格斯牛里脊用上椰殼煙熏,好香,而且even 咁生都唔會有血水,肉味好濃,配埋用左椰奶做嘅薯蓉,好滑但唔漏,加埋紅酒汁絕對係一絕。香煎鵝肝都做得好出色,煎得岩岩好,入面仲係好淋身,好好食🥹 後者嘅三文魚卷係用蕉葉包住左自家製泡菜一齊煮,蕉葉嘅香味同三文魚

主菜當日揀左 亞米大厨法式傳統羅西尼鵝肝:香煎鹅肝、紅酒醬、煙熏阿根廷黑安格斯牛里脊、薯蓉、時菜同韓國帝皇三文魚卷、海鮮及豬手米粒意粉,前者嘅阿根廷黑安格斯牛里脊用上椰殼煙熏,好香,而且even 咁生都唔會有血水,肉味好濃,配埋用左椰奶做嘅薯蓉,好滑但唔漏,加埋紅酒汁絕對係一絕。香煎鵝肝都做得好出色,煎得岩岩好,入面仲係好淋身,好好食🥹 後者嘅三文魚卷係用蕉葉包住左自家製泡菜一齊煮,蕉葉嘅香味同三文魚融埋一體,自家製泡菜嘅香辣同酸味配三文魚都好夾,仲有去左皮嘅車厘茄,都幾惹味!旁邊仲有豬手同米仔粉,勁豐富!


甜品方面,banana roti無喺泰國食嘅咁肥膩,原來佢地再焗,所以外脆但一啲都唔油,同埋甜味全來自香蕉同自家製泰茶雪糕,香港都好少地方有得食☺️ chocolate brownie 好濃朱古力味但又唔太甜,口感仲好軟熟,都唔錯。最後飲埋杯法國茶真係無得頂!


整體黎講我覺得性價比都幾高,銅鑼灣食私房菜又唔洗加一仲要食得勁飽已經好好,仲要每一個菜式都食得出特色而且食落唔會好滯,味道都好天然,大部分嘅野都係自家製的確都係加分位,重要位置易搵但私隱度都幾好,又無限時,都幾值得推介。
