雞皮烤得焦黃香脆, 薄薄一片, 入口比薯片更脆口, 但又多了一層雞油的香味, 雞肉肉質嫩滑, 有雞的肉香, 用海鹽及香草醃製後才烤, 鹹香惹味, 不用拈那個牛肝菌汁已非常好食, 之後也有用牛肝菌汁伴雞肉吃, 個人覺得牛肝菌汁的菇菌味太濃, 跟烤雞不太相配, 就咁單獨食烤雞更好味

餐廳注重細節, 生蠔新鮮及其他食物也美味, 銅鑼灣心臟地帶有蠔、有主食、有沙律、有湯、有飲品及甜品, 這樣高水準的一個2人午餐, 結賬免加一, 不用 $400, 下次一定再來。
