To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有時食日本嘢又會好想貴精不貴多，嗰時就會食單點。又有時真係好想可以任食唔嬲，呢個時候就會選擇日或放題啦。喺銅鑼灣廣場呢間「極上大喜屋」多年來大大話話都食咗好多次，原因係性價錢接受到得來食物質素都可以。佢地啲刺身比一般平時食開啲平價日式放題嘅刺身整體來講更新鮮，而且有好多唔同食物類型可以選擇，其中我自己好鍾意食佢哋嘅雞泡魚乾，呢個可以當小食，我當日前前後後一共點左四點嚟食，唔飽肚又香口，食得任食放題就梗係想食啲貴夾唔飽然後食返夠本！
