銅鑼灣名店坊食街一向出名多嘢食,中伏嘅比例較低😆。我哋呢晚就訂咗枱食「Coast Seafood & Grill」,因為網上睇餐牌好似幾吸引。餐廳面積非常大,並設有室外座位,天氣涼爽坐出面幾Chill,不過店內有大木枱,就比較適合一大班人或家庭聚會👨👩👧👦。餐廳所提供嘅菜式選擇繁多,涵蓋多國美食。佢嘅餐牌直頭整到成本書咁📖,相當精美。但亦因為咁,我未能逐版影低上傳分享。泰式羽衣甘藍燒牛肉沙律($135),🥗沙律帶出泰菜嘅精髓,酸辣醬汁令人開胃。除咗羽衣甘藍之外,沙律仲有生菜、青瓜、蕃茄同洋蔥等,並加入大量花生粒。另一主角係燒牛肉🥩,估唔到都唔錯,食落多汁,又有燒烤嘅香氣。香蔥魚子醬炸馬介休卷($120),炸物賣相好似中式炸豆腐,酥炸外皮唔油膩,入面就係忌廉芝士混馬介休鹹魚蓉🐟,口感綿綿的。可樂餅鹹香突出、唔過火,再加埋魚子醬同香蔥,雙重滋味。脆炸蘇格蘭蛋配風腸及蒜蓉蛋黃醬($105),蘇格蘭蛋造型一流。🥚雞蛋蛋黃流心效果一流,外層被香腸肉緊緊包裹,保留傳統風味。我略嫌香腸肉質稍為鬆散,不過好彩調味唔會太鹹。法芥醬忌廉燴黄油春雞配烤中東烤餅($280),依個黃油春雞正到不得了,必食
