Restaurant: Coast Seafood & Grill (Fashion Walk)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 銅鑼灣名店坊食街一向出名多嘢食,中伏嘅比例較低😆。我哋呢晚就訂咗枱食「Coast Seafood & Grill」,因為網上睇餐牌好似幾吸引。餐廳面積非常大,並設有室外座位,天氣涼爽坐出面幾Chill,不過店內有大木枱,就比較適合一大班人或家庭聚會👨‍👩‍👧‍👦。餐廳所提供嘅菜式選擇繁多,涵蓋多國美食。佢嘅餐牌直頭整到成本書咁📖,相當精美。但亦因為咁,我未能逐版影低上傳分享。泰式羽衣甘藍燒牛肉沙律($135),🥗沙律帶出泰菜嘅精髓,酸辣醬汁令人開胃。除咗羽衣甘藍之外,沙律仲有生菜、青瓜、蕃茄同洋蔥等,並加入大量花生粒。另一主角係燒牛肉🥩,估唔到都唔錯,食落多汁,又有燒烤嘅香氣。香蔥魚子醬炸馬介休卷($120),炸物賣相好似中式炸豆腐,酥炸外皮唔油膩,入面就係忌廉芝士混馬介休鹹魚蓉🐟,口感綿綿的。可樂餅鹹香突出、唔過火,再加埋魚子醬同香蔥,雙重滋味。脆炸蘇格蘭蛋配風腸及蒜蓉蛋黃醬($105),蘇格蘭蛋造型一流。🥚雞蛋蛋黃流心效果一流,外層被香腸肉緊緊包裹,保留傳統風味。我略嫌香腸肉質稍為鬆散,不過好彩調味唔會太鹹。法芥醬忌廉燴黄油春雞配烤中東烤餅($280),依個黃油春雞正到不得了,必食

法芥醬忌廉燴黄油春雞配烤中東烤餅($280),依個黃油春雞正到不得了,必食推介👍。雖然話係春雞,但其實唔算細隻,仲好厚肉添。雞皮焗至微脆,雞肉肉質細嫩🐔。不過最出色嘅部份係個醬汁,法芥忌廉黃油醬好惹味,即使咁重忌廉、咁Creamy,但難得唔會好漏。我認為芥辣味唔強,反而香草🌿同牛油香更突出,總之簡單講就係好好味道。

燒雞配上中東烤餅🫓,完全吸收晒醬汁嘅精華。烤餅質感本身軟熟,少少甜,蘸汁食無得輸,所以我認為得四塊唔夠喉囉。

特色提拉米蘇配比利時朱古力雪糕($105),作為Tiramisu達人嘅我,當然要食匀市面上嘅出品👋。呢度嘅製作富有自家特色,佢並非傳統一層層嗰種口味,而係以碗裝住絲滑嘅馬斯卡邦芝士,再灑上脆米粒以添口感。佢無手指餅嘅濕潤或咖啡酒香,取而代之係朱古力🍫。比利時朱古力雪糕香甜濃郁、唔苦澀;而另外倒入甜品作伴嘅汁,可揀特濃咖啡或熱朱古力,我要咗後者,比較特別嘛,成個組合出奇地夾。不過我建議先試原味,之後先再倒入熱朱,因為味道大不同。

總括嚟講,Coast係一間極具水準嘅多國菜餐廳🍽,每一樣菜式都好食。聽聞呢度嘅海鮮都出名,但朋友唔啱食,就未有機會一嚐。呢餐消費其實無想像中咁貴,而且份量都唔少啊。
