To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日喺時代廣場行街，午餐一於喺度解決。呢次試吓12樓嘅「鍾廚」。十二點多，大概要等四至五張枱。========================【黑椒金錢肚】$40醬味濃郁帶少少辣，幾惹味；金錢肚彈牙，一份五至六塊，份量ok! 【陳皮鯪魚球】$37鯪魚球幾彈牙，陳皮味唔係好突出；墊底嘅娃娃菜吸收湯汁，對我來講娃娃菜先係重點！【雞蛋豬腳薑】$44賣相不錯，每份有兩隻雞蛋、五六件豬腳，味道酸甜平衡，豬腳軟腍入味，雞蛋只係表面有薑醋味，炆耐啲會入味啲。【鮮拆鮮蝦餃】$12每籠一隻，賣相晶凝，摺褶整齊清晰；皮薄亦不至於一夾即穿。入面有原隻蝦肉，幾爽口。【乾炒牛河】$128河粉碎開難夾，牛肉偏鹹嚡口。【脆皮腐皮卷】$40餡料有鮮蝦，外層脆身，味道不錯；可能炸好冇吸油嘅關係整體偏油，蘸喼汁解油膩。【香麻叉燒酥】$37口感頗香口鬆化，不過叉燒酥底都幾油，叉燒餡料份量如果多一啲會更吸引。【韭菜鮮蝦腸】$39腸粉滑，鮮蝦餡料偏碎，差咁啲口感。整體而言，地點就腳，一行三人埋單四百幾蚊，價錢幾抵！========================鍾廚📍銅鑼灣勿地臣街1號時代廣場12樓1201號舖
