銅鑼灣嘅正潮樓新店主打高級潮州菜,由國家級大師傅坐鎮,以潮式海鮮為主(包括魚翅、海參、鮑魚、燕窩等名貴食材),相當有傳統古色古香潮州菜館嘅味道。菜式相當精緻,有功架有實力嘅潮州菜館。汕頭煎蠔烙 $128蠔肉飽滿肥美,蠔肉多到滿瀉,完全唔需要沾醬汁,煎得夠晒香,食蛋味同蠔肉鮮味為主。鵝肉 $138[例]鵝肉嫩滑,滷水汁濃而不鹹,襯托到鵝肉的特有肉香特出。魚露浸花甲 $218第一次食呢款潮州菜式,不要誤解加咗魚露會鹹,相反完全唔鹹,反而魚露嘅鮮香味同花甲好夾。芋頭炒香飯 $138比普通嘅潮州炒飯更香,秋冬係食香芋嘅季節,點呢個芋頭炒飯就啱晒。豬油炒蕃薯苗 $128推薦嘅蔬菜,略略爆香豬油,番薯苗吸收咗豬油嘅香味,但係又唔會油膩。真係食到好滿足,我最鍾意係蠔餅同埋鵝肉,回味無窮。餐廳好似精緻私房菜館,可以包廂,服務周到個人化,家庭同朋友聚會都好適合。
