本身係毛蟹,師傅好好人幫我哋升級咗做香箱蟹😻 蟹肉、蟹膏、蟹子已經拆開分好晒,面頭仲加咗蟹醋啫喱,提升蟹肉嘅鮮甜👍🏼蟹膏濃郁,蟹子富鹹香🤩

擺盤極有心思,用上乾冰製造煙霧效果😻帶子厚肉鮮甜,加埋面頭嘅岩鹽帶少少鹹味~牡丹蝦口感軟身,左口魚邊經火炙後油脂香濃郁🤩‼️

呢個勁好食😻‼️外層炸至酥脆,絲絲大閘蟹同松葉蟹肉加入甘荀、冬菇、忌廉調味,鹹香十足,口感creamy!!!😍令人回味無窮!

鱈場蟹腳連同海膽一同燒製,再放喺特製嘅陶器用藁草煙燻,蟹肉爽彈鮮甜,海膽濃郁,一路食仲有陣陣煙燻香氣🤩

師傅笑稱呢個係「邪惡膽固醇烏冬」😈
食用前先將蟹粉倒入松葉蟹肉芡汁嘅稻庭烏冬拌勻~烏冬煙韌彈牙,充滿濃濃嘅蟹油蟹粉香,啖啖都係幸福嘅味道😋🤩

甘味:芒果雪糕拿破崙

拿破崙口感酥脆,夾層用咗西班牙蘋果芒、菲律賓香芒、椰子雪糕,非常香甜😻為整頓晚餐劃上完美句號👍🏼
