台灣過江龍「築間酸菜魚」一向為人氣排隊店,主打可同時飲埋湯嘅酸菜魚.最近於銅鑼灣開設首間海外分店.整個餐廳環境以漫畫風格裝飾,紫紫紅紅,非常奪目創新.食物更有多種台灣小吃,完美地還原台灣風味~🔸總長酸菜魚($148 /1-2人份)▫️魚皮餃($18)▫️鮮沙白($25)魚肉細薄香滑,配料豐富好足料,滿滿酸菜及薯粉.上面香蒜與蔥花,更為整碟味道加上分數,更香更惹味.另加配料魚皮餃,非常驚喜地$18竟然可以有六粒,而且沙白亦新鮮飽滿🔸浪子鹹酥雞($38)🔸百花鑲油條($18)鹽酥雞份量多,外皮鬆脆,肉質亦嫩口.後者以蝦膠釀入脆卜卜油炸鬼,單吃已不錯.建議放入酸菜魚湯底內吸收精華,更為滋味🔸檸檬紅茶($18)🔸暴走波奶茶($22)暴走波奶茶當中奶茶並不是一般台式奶精味,入口滲出濃郁淡奶味.再加上晶瑩爽口寒天,大大杯.檸檬紅茶正常不偏甜🔹紅豆仙草($28)🔹冬瓜黑糖奶涷($28)冬瓜黑糖奶凍為自家製,入口好綿滑,奶味十足,後滲出黑糖味道,挺特別.紅豆仙草清爽微甜
