今日休假就同朋友去左食下野,去左哩一間喺銅鑼灣皇冠假日酒店入邊嘅西餐廳,餐廳裝潢高檔而且光線充足,所以用餐環境非常舒適❣️今次叫左個set lunch 3-courses ($268)💋先黎左個田園蔬菜沙律🥗 料非常豐富,有粟米🌽油封櫻桃蕃茄、小黃瓜🥒法邊豆,食落好清爽同開胃。主食加左$98叫咗個澳洲M2和牛柳(200克) 🥩 牛柳煎到焦糖色咁,肉質非常嫩滑,配搭埋佢嘅松露汁令到牛肉嘅味道更加突出😋佢仲有香滑嘅大啡菇同埋長柄西蘭花做配菜,食落冇咁油膩😙甜品叫左檸檬菠蘿芝士慕斯 🍋🧀 主要有三層,杏仁蛋糕、菠蘿啫喱同埋蛋白餅,整體口感清新豐富🌬️ 慕斯唔會太甜。食完牛柳再食呢一個酸酸地嘅蛋糕,整個體驗真係好滿足味蕾!每一道菜都好出色,無論前菜、主菜還是甜品,都讓人意猶未盡!依度仲有乾式熟成櫃,晚上既尊貴晚餐套餐仲有韓國和牛食,聽到都令人流口水!獲獎無數,真係好想快啲嚟試試!銅鑼灣酒店精緻扒房
